White ragged robin | Lychnis flos-cuculi 'White Robin'

    Description

White ragged robin ( Lychnis flos-cuculi 'White Robin' ) is a charming white‑flowered marginal that brightens any garden. This slow‑growing perennial spreads by small stems, creating a graceful, airy display from early May until late August. Its pure white blossoms open in the late afternoon, giving a dramatic, ethereal look in full sun to part shade. Ideal for borders, mixed beds or woodland edges, the plant tolerates a range of soils and adds texture with its finely split, ragged leaves. The subtle fragrance and late flowering period make it a popular choice for flowerbeds that need continuous interest after the summer rush. Because it requires minimal upkeep, gardeners can enjoy the stunning white blooms without a lot of fuss.

Pair it with pale‑coloured perennials or use it as a subtle stand‑alone border plant to add light, airy texture against richer greens. The white blossoms also cut beautifully for seasonal arrangements and fresh.

      Ordering, Shipping, Tracking and Returns
      Ordering & delivery

Some products are ready for immediate dispatch, while others are sold for a later delivery period so that they can reach you in good condition and at the right point in the growing season.

The expected delivery period for the product or variant you choose will be shown below the Add to basket button and again in the basket and checkout.

30 litre plants and some larger items are sent by specialist pallet delivery rather than standard parcel.

If your order contains products with different delivery timings, it may be split into more than one shipment. Plants or products that are ready for immediate dispatch will normally be sent first, while later-season plants will be sent when they are ready. This helps us send live plants at the appropriate point in the season and in suitable condition to travel.
